As title said, give you views on it.....

For me, you will need it once every 2000km just to ensuring a good FC..... So far I've tested 7-10 brands where 3M and Wynn's are the best. I don't use Wynn's now is because too expensive(rm3+) while 3M only rm18 where you can source it on spare parts shop.

Based on what i know, fuel injector cleaners are meant for older cars. It is used to clean residue and deposits on the fuel injector heads. New cars wouldn't need that.
Infact, i am sure that we all know that petrol itself has cleaning agents.

Therefore, i reckon that it is NOT a myth BUT it is NOT necessary FOR NOW.

I would rather spend money to invest in a Fuel Pressure Regulator, but then... it is good for modded cars.

Cheers!

Define dirty please.....
Anyway, I won't say our petrol fuel are dirty, I will say it is heavy instead. Now with Euro2, the fuel are cleaner(if you are refering to sulphur compound).....
Most of the fuel injection cleaner in the market are made from lighter compounds which can disperse the carbon built ups on the injection heads.... That's why I use alcohol as fuel injection cleaner. Mainly because it is cheap....

Bro, don't anything also blame the governmentlar.... They got nothing to do with this.... This is more on the refineries.... A businessman will only make the most profit from the products they going to sell. Like buying the cheapest crude from Middle East, process it then sell to us...
As for addatives, is more on cleaning agent, anti-gum formation and others, won't help much....
